- GRINDING :
- 1 bunch spinach -
- coriander leaves
- pudina
- + 1 g gpaste - tbsp
- 2 greenchilli -
- 1 tsp peppercorns -
- oil
- 2 cardomom -
- 1 cinamon - inchstick
- 3 cloves -
- bayleaf
- black pepper
- 1/2 staranise -
- 1 onion chopped -
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 500 gm chicken
- water
- 2 cups rice -

- blanch the spinach in boiling water and thn put in cold water
- grind toghetr spinach, corianderleaves,pudina,greenchilli,gpaste, g+
- peppercorn to a paste
- In a pan add oil cardomom,cinamon,bayleaf,staranise, peppercorn ,onion , garlic paste chicken saute well then add grinded mix , saute till raw smell goes then add water allow it to boil then add rice n cook till done clove,
